This course focuses on the technical and procedural aspects of performing a high-quality Digital Vehicle Inspection. Topics include proper vehicle walk-around techniques, key inspection items to evaluate, and accurate documentation of vehicle condition. Participants will develop skills in writing precise inspection notes, applying time and mileage-based recommendations, and correctly assigning Green, Yellow, or Red status to inspection findings to ensure consistency and clarity across the service process.
