Increasing Communication Between Service Advisors and Technicians Roundtable
Presented by: Wichita Chapter Leaders
Learn how to improve communication between your advisors and technicians! Join fellow shop owners and managers as we discuss how to incorporate communication methods and processes that will reduce stress and comebacks, while also increasing productivity. This is a unique opportunity to share ideas and methods that can make a big difference in the shop! MWACA Policy Regarding In-Person Meetings: Attendees agree that by attending the meetings they have not been exposed to anyone with or suspected of having COVID-19 and they themselves have not had or exhibited symptoms within the last 14 days. Social distancing will be practiced, as well as any local regulations regarding masks.
