Your technicians need to be working on profitable jobs throughout the entire work day. For this to happen, the flow of work going through your shop must be efficient. The material covered in this course is designed to focus on the fundamental aspects of daily operations as they pertain specifically to workflow. This course is designed to provide each attendee with new information, reinforcement of successful methods and the ability to build an action plan for successful workflow in your shop tomorrow.
