Presented by: Mike Davidson with Parkway Automotive
No matter how well-crafted any hiring process is, there will always be room for improvements. With the understanding that the interviewing process is one of the most critical components, Mike Davidson has developed a procedure that will help you identify the superstars. Mike has refined the process to such a point that he has been asked to share his interviewing techniques with national organizations. Mike will be showing us how to accurately evaluate two key attributes of every superstar: their attitude and self-initiation.
